I'm Lena, my transmission in returning to my divine essence began in 2017. Each step I take inward brings a deeper understanding of my true self, allowing me to cultivate compassion and clarity. The more I nurture my own spirit, the more I find I can share with others, pouring love and light into the world around me. This journey is not just about personal growth; it's about contributing to the collective, helping others awaken to their own potential, and creating a ripple effect of positivity and transformation. Every insight and healing I experience empowers me to support humanity in ways I never thought possible, reminding me that we are together on this journey.

When my grandmother passed away in 2017, it prompted big shifts in my consciousness. My soul mate had been begging me to move into a van with him and travel (we’d been together since 2008), and I had continued to tell him, “No way”. When my grandmother passed, it was completely unexpected. It shifted something within me to realize that this life is short-lived, and I’d like to live it passionately.

It lit a fire of desire to LIVE this life to its fullest, so that’s exactly what I am doing.

We converted a school bus and began traveling. We’d been spending our time mountain biking, rock climbing, and canyoneering, we even went rafting.

Rock climbing was a test of my strength every single time I began to lift my feet. Every time, I hugged the wall, connected with the Earth, coached myself through breathing, and pushed through the tears to reach the top. This began to peel back layers of emotions that I didn’t know I held within me.

Courage became my first name, but it wasn’t because I showed up excited ready to climb every day. It was because I showed up feeling ready and as soon as I stood at the base of the climb I began to feel overwhelmed with fear. I began to feel so small. But still through the emotion, I chose to dance with the fear and climb.

I began to witness myself from a place of compassion, and rather than being discouraged by my fear surfacing every single time, I learned to alchemize the fear and find the courage to climb.

The more I attuned to my energy, the more that became ignited in me.

I started teaching yoga to support others in connecting with their energy. That led to reiki healing, which quickly shifted into quantum healing.

And then began my womb healing journey. Where I met my son through an emergency cesarean. I know that journey held its place for both him and me.

This is when true awakening began for me. Motherhood initiated a portal within me. As my consciousness dissolved in surgery, I became connected to my divinity.

I awoke as a mother, but a new frequency had awoken within me.

This was the beginning of a beautiful journey.

Here we are now, attuned to the divine feminine frequency, supporting others in alchemizing their emotions and manifesting their dreams.

I am simply a channel to support you in remembering and attuning to your highest frequency. Kundalini Activation will support you in returning to one-ness, purity, bliss, non-duality.

Just as this portal was activated within me, our work together will channel deeper activation in your awakening.
